Laura has been in Real Estate Since 2008. Upon moving to West Texas, she realized that she wanted a career that allowed her to contribute to society in a positive way. Delivering the dream of home ownership everywhere, and creating wealth through Real Estate investments, are two of her passions in life. Throughout her career, she has helped to do just that, thousands of times! More than a Real Estate agent, Laura is a business woman who has helped to build several businesses, including the Keller Williams Realty (Permian Basin) office and several other ventures, which include new construction, remodeling, rentals, and oil and gas investments.
She is well known for her ability to rejuvenate real estate teams as a coach and consultant. Most recently, Laura was the CEO of the Midland-Odessa Keller Williams office. While there, she doubled production from 300 units closed to almost 700 closed. With her dedication and leadership skills, the Keller Williams Realty office reached the #1 spot in the Permian Basin.
Currently, under Laura's leadership, the Ben Kinney Team in Midland, TX has achieved unprecedented growth within a very short amount of time! Year to Date (2018), Laura's team has helped to deliver the dream of home ownership over 130 times in the Midland-Odessa area alone! Results like that require experience, dedication, and passion.
